Providence residents know that one unmistakable mark of the Holiday Season, right along with A Christmas Carol at Trinity Rep and ice skating at the rink downtown, is the appearance of the one and only Dancing Cop.
I love to see how people can be creative in the most unexpected ways, and Tony Lepore is pretty unexpected. He's a guy who decided to bend the rules, get creative with a boring task at work, and has now entertained the people of Providence for over 25 years.
