Mug Rug Giveaway

Here's the small project I started last week - a zig zag mug rug from this tutorial from Sew Happy Geek.  It was fun to make something tiny, and to experiment with some new techniques for the binding.

    I really like this quote from Einstein. He was a really interesting guy and I'm really into his quotes about the "mysterious" aspects of life.

    Your mug rug is super cute! I spent the day yesterday sorting through my fabric stash and organizing it by color. I'm hoping to do some sewing this week... though I don't have a project in mind just yet.

    THAT'S MY MUG!! Very glad to see it in such a cozy spot :) Here's one of my favorite quotes:
